Now that you have a very good idea of what you want to do and why, it's time to look at how to accomplish this.
As the saying goes, all roads lead to Rome. It's up to you to choose the one that fits.
Start by having a clear idea of who you will baking for and your route to market. There are many models that work, you just need to decide which one is best suited for you and your community.
Sell at markets and fairs;
Deliver in your local community, directly to customers;
Team up with the local milk-man or veg-box scheme to have your bread delivered as an add on;
Sell to cafes and restaurants (wholesale);
Place your products in local shops - wholefoods, groceries, delicatessens, etc;
Have customers come and collect from you.
You can choose one, several or all of the above - or something completely different. At the end of the day it comes down to how much time you will dedicate to baking, your output capacity and what you want to achieve.
